Video generation can take longer than images. If a video fails, stays stuck, or ends incorrectly, keep the exact video generation ID for support.
Check first
- Confirm your plan supports the requested video duration.
- Refresh the Generations page and check whether processing completed later.
- For Animate V4 sex scenes, make sure the source image pose closely matches the selected extension.
- For Animate V2.1, use a clear natural-language action prompt and a relevant extension.
Escalate to support when
- The video remains stuck or failed while credits were deducted.
- The output is much shorter than the plan/setting should allow.
- Upscaling or Extend Scene fails repeatedly.
- The video cannot be opened from Generations.
Include the video generation ID, version used (V2.1 or V4), selected extension, and whether credits were deducted.
