Why was my account suspended?
Open Seduced support and ask about your suspension or moderation flags. After you log in, support checks your current account status and shows available recent flag categories and generation references before creating a ticket.
Recent flags are a limited view of recorded moderation signals. They do not prove that you broke the law, and may not identify the exact event that caused a restriction. If details are unavailable, support will say so.
What is prohibited?
The Terms of Service and Content Rules prohibit sexual content involving minors or animals, prohibited violence, scat or watersports, and non-consensual sexual likenesses. The rules apply to fictional and AI-generated content too.
What happens after a flag?
A generation may be restricted or removed. Account enforcement may include a temporary suspension with a recorded end time or permanent termination. Serious violations can result in immediate termination; a warning or temporary suspension is not guaranteed first.
When should I request review?
If the explanation answers your question, no ticket is needed. If you believe a flag or restriction was applied incorrectly, select I think this is a mistake and explain what was misclassified. Add a generation reference if you have one; do not attach prohibited images or repeat explicit prompts. You can also state the mistake directly in your first support message.
Submitting a dispute creates a ticket for Trust & Safety review. A dispute does not lift a restriction or guarantee reinstatement. If termination prevents in-app support, use Complaints to request review; account ownership must be verified.
Reports of non-consensual content, privacy violations, or abuse involving another person should still be reported immediately through Complaints.
