- Trial plan: some credit purchases and generation features are restricted on trial accounts.
- Existing CCBill subscription: cancel or switch from the current subscription before changing plan-related purchases.
- Transaction limit: accounts can hit a temporary payment limit; wait for the limit to reset before trying again.
- Temporary provider issue: wait a few minutes, refresh the app, and retry from Get more credits.
What to include if it still fails
Send support the checkout page, any error message, and a safe payment/order reference. Do not include full card numbers or passwords.
