If resemblance is not satisfactory

Try the following steps in order:

Switch to Advanced mode
Avoid generic tags like 1girl. Specify hair color and physical details instead.

Toggle face regeneration
Toggle Regenerate face with my trained model on/off and compare.

Try different base models
Experiment with compatible AI models (Photoreal vs Cinematic HD vs Amateur HD).

Isolate your model
Deselect all other active extensions to isolate your model's influence.

Use retraining if available
If still unsatisfactory, training images were likely insufficient or low quality. If you purchased Retrain / Insurance for that model, use it to train again with a better dataset.

If images look glitchy or broken

Try generating with a different compatible AI model, deselect any other active extensions, and make sure your prompts are not too long. Long prompts and multiple extensions can compete with your trained model and cause broken results.

If none of those apply and the generation still looks broken, report the generation so our team can review it. If the issue is confirmed, we can refill the credits.

Note: AI training involves probabilistic processes. Perfect replication is not guaranteed on every generation. Results improve significantly with higher-quality, more varied training images.

Can I train more than one model?

Each account supports only one model verification at a time. For multiple real models, you need separate accounts. For AI-generated characters, remove the existing verification and submit a new one for each character.

Do I need an active plan to use my trained model?

Yes. You need both an active plan and credits to generate images with your trained model.

What is the difference between Base and HD?

Base models are trained at lower resolution. HD models generally produce more photorealistic results. Base and HD models are exclusively compatible with their own type — they cannot be mixed.
