Crypto payments are one-time payments processed through NowPayments. Access usually appears after the payment is confirmed by the network and the provider callback reaches Seduced.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the payment is complete on the crypto network, not just broadcast.
- Wait a few minutes after confirmation, then refresh your account.
- Check that the correct coin and network were used at checkout.
What support needs
Include the NowPayments payment ID, order ID, transaction hash, coin, and network if available. This lets billing verify the payment and apply access or credits if the provider callback did not finish correctly.
