GIGO — Garbage In, Garbage Out. The quality of your trained model depends entirely on the quality of images you upload. This is the single biggest factor in whether your model looks like you.

Training image quality

✓ Works best
Full-body and upper-body shots
Nude images, so the AI can accurately learn body shape
High resolution, well-lit, clear photos
Variety of poses and angles
Instagram-quality photos; the trainer was optimized on this standard
Cropped images that reduce excess space around the subject while leaving a little room
× Avoid
Close-ups of individual body parts, such as just a leg
Low resolution or blurry images
Duplicate or near-identical images that overemphasize one pose
Images of other people
Images from deepfake apps
Images not matching your verified ID or selfie
Rotated or heavily cropped faces

How many images?

Upload at least 40 and at most 150 images. More is better — as long as they are quality images with variety. Avoid uploading several identical or extremely similar photos, as this causes the AI to overemphasize specific details present in those images.

If images are rejected

Images may be rejected if they do not comply with the Terms of Service or do not match the verified individual. You can upload replacement images or proceed with training — as long as at least 35 images were approved by the moderation team.

Physical details

The AI learns all visible details. Upload photos with and without glasses, different hair colors, with and without tattoos — to enable both variations in output. If you only upload one variation, the AI will only generate that variation.

Only one reference image?

Generate more on the platform using the character feature, or use a third-party tool (e.g. Rendernet) to create 30–40 reference images before uploading to the trainer.
