If an image or video failed, stayed stuck, disappeared, or errored while credits were taken, use the generation-specific report path first when it is available.
What to do
- Open the exact generation from your Generations page.
- Use Report or Request Refill if the button is shown.
- Include the generation ID and what happened: failed, stuck, errored, credits deducted, or output missing.
When to contact support
Create a support request if the generation cannot be opened, Report/Request Refill is unavailable, or the same failure repeats. Include the generation ID so product engineering can inspect the job and credit event.
