Most account access issues happen when the login method does not match the original sign-up method.
Use the same login method
- If you registered with Google, use Sign in with Google.
- If you registered with Twitter/X, Reddit, or Discord, use that same provider.
- If you registered with email and password, use the email login form.
If email verification is missing
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and blocked sender folders.
- Make sure you are checking the exact email used at sign-up.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another verification email.
When to contact support
Contact support if you cannot access the original login provider, the verification email never arrives after retrying, or you believe a payment was made on a different account. Include the login method you used and any safe payment/order reference you have.
