Credit refills let you reclaim credits spent on generations that didn't turn out the way you wanted — within strict eligibility rules.
Eligibility
- Available on Pro, Platinum, and Diamond plans only — not Trial.
- Only generations that used 0 or 1 extension qualify.
- Automated, flagged, or previously refilled generations cannot be refilled again.
How to request a refill

Open Generations
Go to
/generations in your account.2
Select the image
Open the generation you want a refill for.

Click Request Refill
Credits are returned to your balance once the request is approved.
