If a generation looks bad, first decide whether it is a normal quality miss or a broken output.
If the output is broken, glitchy, oversaturated, or has severe artifacts
- Open the generation from your Generations page.
- Use Report or Request Refill on that generation if the option is available.
- Include what is wrong: oversaturated colors, visual glitches, malformed anatomy, severe artifacts, wrong face, or unusable result.
- If the issue is confirmed and the generation qualifies, credits can be refilled through the generation review flow.
If the output is just not what you wanted
- Use a shorter, more focused prompt. Long prompts and too many extra details can dilute the model.
- Check whether your selected extensions conflict with each other. Conflicting pose or scene extensions often cause malformed results.
- Adjust extension power when an extension is too strong or not visible enough.
- Use High steps as a default. Use Very High only when the result is already close and needs another attempt at polish.
- For base and older HD images you want to keep, try 2× upscaling. For HD 2.0 / RAW Photo 2, choose upscale size based on final resolution and cost.
When to contact support
If the Report or Request Refill button is unavailable, or the generation failed/stayed stuck while credits were charged, contact support with the generation ID.
