The dashboard shows your Withdrawable balance, pending release amount, BTC monthly room, and next eligible payout date.
What the form asks for
- SEPA or WIRE: invoice PDF, invoice number/date, legal payee details, bank details, requested USD amount, and at least one traffic source.
- BTC: requested USD amount and BTC wallet address. No invoice PDF is required for BTC payouts.

Check payout details carefully: incorrect bank details or wallet addresses can delay payout review, and crypto payouts cannot be reversed after they are sent.
When to contact support
Create a support request only if the payout form is blocked, your withdrawable balance looks wrong, a payout request is pending or rejected unexpectedly, or your payment/tax details need review.
