If an image generation fails, gets stuck, or does not appear, the important detail is the generation ID. That lets Seduced inspect the job state and credit event.
Try this first
- Refresh the Generations page and check whether the job completed later.
- Open the exact generation if it exists and use Report or Request Refill.
- If the prompt or extensions may violate content rules, edit the prompt and try again.
Escalate to support when
- The generation stayed stuck for a long time.
- The job failed and credits were deducted.
- The generation disappeared or cannot be opened.
- The same failure repeats across multiple attempts.
Include the generation ID, selected model, and whether credits were deducted.
