Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

This Policy explains how this platform prevents, identifies, and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, and sexual exploitation. These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited.

Because the platform is accessible globally and involves user-generated content and financial activity, enhanced safeguards are required. This Policy defines prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, enforcement actions, and cooperation standards to ensure risks are addressed quickly, consistently, and responsibly.

This Policy applies to all users, creators, third parties, and all activity conducted on or through the platform, regardless of location. It operates independently from the Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Complaints Policy, and Content Removal Policy.

Zero-Tolerance Commitment

The platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from exploitation.

We do not permit content, behavior, or business activity that exploits another person, conceals coercion, or benefits from trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form.

Content Review and Detection

All uploaded content on the platform is subject to review. We use a combination of automated systems, including AI-assisted detection, and human moderation to identify content or conduct that may indicate trafficking, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual activity, or other serious policy violations.

This review process may apply to images, training uploads, profile materials, verification materials, reports, and other content submitted through the platform. Content may be delayed, rejected, removed, or escalated for additional review where risk signals are present.

Verification for AI Model Training

Users who want to train their own AI model must first complete ID verification and any related identity or consent checks required by the platform. This safeguard is designed to reduce misuse, confirm identity, and help ensure that training activity is not being used to facilitate exploitation or impersonation.

Where applicable, we may require supporting documents or additional review before training uploads are approved. Failure to complete verification, or submission of misleading or fraudulent verification materials, may result in denial of access to training features, account restrictions, or account termination.

Prohibited Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced sexual activity, or any attempt to profit from or facilitate exploitation.
  • Content created or submitted without valid consent, including coercive, deceptive, or exploitative material.
  • Deceptive recruitment, threats, pressure, or manipulation intended to obtain sexual content, verification documents, or platform participation.
  • Attempts to evade moderation, falsify identity, submit fraudulent verification materials, or hide the true source of uploaded content.
  • Any activity involving minors, including sexualized, exploitative, or abusive content, whether real, simulated, or AI-generated.

Reporting and Escalation

Users, rights holders, and third parties may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual activity through our complaints process or by contacting support@seduced.com. Reports that indicate urgent harm or credible exploitation risk may be prioritized for immediate review.

We may preserve relevant records, limit account activity during review, and escalate serious matters to payment partners, service providers, or competent authorities where appropriate.

Enforcement and Cooperation

If we identify or reasonably suspect trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, or related misconduct, we may remove content, reject uploads, suspend features, freeze payouts, disable accounts, or permanently terminate access to the platform.

Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, termination, and notification to authorities or financial partners.
