Future referrals
This agreement governs eligible referrals first attributed to you after you explicitly accept this program. Earlier referrals and separately agreed written terms remain governed by their applicable agreement, including its eligibility, deduction, reversal, verification and payout conditions.
Commission rates
Your approved acquisition rate applies to the first qualifying full subscription payment and the next two qualifying subscription renewals. From the third qualifying renewal, the rate is 30% or your lower approved rate. Switching payment provider, cancelling and subscribing again does not restart this sequence. Trials, upgrades, credit top-ups, add-ons and creator subscriptions do not advance this sequence and remain subject to their separate published commission rules.
Renewal eligibility
Each renewal is assessed separately under this program’s eligibility, rate, activity and notice rules. Participation, prior referrals and past payments do not guarantee future commissions, earnings or continued participation. Rates remain subject to the adjustments described in this agreement.
Acquisition activity
After your first 90 days in this program, you must bring either at least 10 distinct new customers making their first full subscription payment or at least US$1,000 of qualifying first-subscription revenue during the preceding 90 days. Qualifying revenue is the retained US-dollar commissionable subscription value after recorded processor fees, VAT, refunds and chargebacks. Trials, upgrades, repeat purchases by an existing paying customer and rebills do not qualify as new acquisition.
Activity notice and reassessment
After the initial 90-day period, renewal eligibility may pause if verified activity remains below both thresholds for 30 days after delivery of an inactivity notice. New customer acquisitions remain subject to the applicable commission conditions. Renewal eligibility may resume prospectively when qualifying activity is verified again; paused-period payments do not earn retrospective commission. Incomplete activity evidence alone does not authorize an inactivity pause. These activity rules do not override transaction verification, compliance reviews or payout restrictions.
Verification and payment conditions
Commission records are subject to transaction validation, applicable deductions, corrections and reversals. Refunds, chargebacks, duplicate or ineligible transactions may reduce or reverse the associated commission. A displayed balance does not by itself approve a withdrawal; payout requests remain subject to balance verification and the applicable payout requirements in the Terms of Service. Activity assessments apply prospectively under the notice rules in this agreement.
