Frequently asked questions
What is the waiting period for accessing the platform after making a purchase?
Plan access is applied after payment is confirmed. If a payment is pending, check its status before trying again.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
For Epoch or MobiusPay, open My Plan, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. This stops future renewals; access remains until the end of your paid period. Payblis and cryptocurrency purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal.
Do you store the credit card information?
We do not store your card number, expiry date or security code. Card details are sent securely to the selected payment processor. We retain the billing and transaction information needed for receipts and account access.
Why don't you use Stripe for payments?
Usage of Stripe for transactions is prohibited for adult websites. Despite witnessing similar websites using these services, such practices are illegal and can lead to their abrupt shutdown. Websites like ours, focused on adult content, must instead select high-risk payment processors to operate within compliance.
What are refills?
You can request a limited number of credit refills for generations where the number of extensions selected is smaller or equal to 1. These credits are automatically refilled when requested.
Do credits ever expire?
Credits do not expire after your subscription ends, but you must have an active subscription to use the credits. For that reason, we recommend using your credits before your subscription ends if you decided to cancel it.
What is the extension power selector?
Extensions are like small AI tools that help create specific content or styles. You can adjust how strong each extension is to get different results. This is really handy when using more than one extension because you can make sure they all work together nicely without one being too overpowering and making things look weird.
Do images have watermarks?
No. Watermarked images on the discovery section were generated by us or our affiliates. This means your images will not be watermarked.
Can I generate deepfakes of celebrities?
Deepfakes featuring celebrities or attempts to manipulate such content are strictly prohibited. Attempting to circumvent our content filters with celebrity-related words or materials may result in the suspension of your account.
Can I chat with AI Pornstars?
No, our platform is not a chatbot; it is specifically designed for image and video generation purposes exclusively.
Can I monetize the images?
Yes, you can. One approach is to sell your images on content creator platforms. Another option is to use your images as stock photos, making them available for licensing to individuals and businesses. Additionally, you can explore various avenues such as creating customized posters using your images (which may require upscaling) or offering print-on-demand merchandise featuring your images on items like t-shirts, mugs, and phone cases. When it comes to monetizing your images, it's essential to remember that some images may contain adult content. It is your responsibility to exercise discretion and adhere to legal and ethical standards when deciding which images to monetize.
Do you offer any additional benefits for active subscribers?
New MobiusPay subscriptions include 10% extra credits at each successful renewal. A 30-day Pro renewal grants 330 credits: 300 plus 30 bonus credits. Longer terms receive their credits at renewal, not each calendar month. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed renewal allocation.
